Daniels Corporation has opened a sales centre for a massive master-planned community at Erin Mills Parkway and Eglinton in Mississauga.

The Kindred Condos 325-unit structure will also include, rental apartments and seniors residences designed by Toronto’s Kirkor Architects and Planners. Daniels Erin Mills is one of the largest master-planned communities currently under development in the GTA, DataBid.com has reported, citing a National Post article.

The building is geared towards both up-sizers and down-sizers. Some of Kindred’s two bedroom plus den suites will consist of nearly 1,000 sq. ft.

“On the one hand, we are hearing from a lot of people who are selling their family homes and are looking for something that’s smaller and more manageable but still spacious,” saod Tiffany Wood, Daniels Corporation’s director of sales. “On the other hand, there’s also a lot of interest among people who are in a studio or one-bedroom and are looking for more space for their growing families.”

The overall development will include three towers, serviced by a 1,334 unit underground garage. The neighbourhood encompasses the Erin Mills Town Centre and the Credit Valley Hospital. The Erin Mills Town Centre is Mississauga’s second largest mall. It contains 220 retail outlets and is home to several anchor stores.
