The work will include cutting of the steel columns on the existing guard and adding structural steel girts and adding outriggers to support new glazed guards. As seen on the Structural Plans, additional framing will be required below the patio floor (interior of building) as well as welding the steel supports in place and the applicable Hot Work Permits.
