The Proponent is encouraged to propose a further costs reduction for one or both projects should both projects be awarded, providing economies of scale to the Proponent. Proponents are to note that the works may not be concurrently performed due to permitting, or other development issues, but the goal is that they can be completed at the same time. The Proponent shall provide a proposed schedule for each project for consideration in the evaluations.
