Detail Of Services: The City of North Bay is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced proponents for the provision of a new portable pipeline inspection camera including a multipurpose crawler assembly and various accessories. This camera will be used in the field of Sewer and Water operations for inspecting linear infrastructure for quality control, capital planning, regular maintenance and emergency repairs. The crawler assembly will be expected to travel through 6” to 60” diameter pipe using various wheel designs as provided. The camera will be mounted on the crawler and able to record high quality video to onboard and external memory devices. This equipment is required to be completely portable for operators to move, transfer and use between different vehicles or trailers as needed. The unit will also need to be portable to be brought into remote locations (for example: near bush lines, inside buildings, or hard to reach areas of City infrastructure) to conduct thorough investigations and recordings of linear assets. The unit must have wheels with an integral handle to transfer the entire unit easily by an operator.
