[.5] Construct new fire-rated and sprinklered corridor from basement stairs of MRT to new fire pump room. Perform minor plumbing and ventilation upgrades for fire pump room. [.6] Connect generator and ATS alarms to building fire alarm panels. [.7] Connect generator and ATS alarms to Building Automation System. [.8] Connect ATS status to building elevator panels for shutdown of elevators upon loss of normal power. [.9] Remove existing MNT, MRT and UCU generators and related auxiliary systems including, but not limited to fuel tanks, chimneys, ventilation and controls. [.10] and any other work required to complete this Project.
