Branksome Hall says it is is planning to build a new Innovation Centre and Studio Theatre on the east campus “that will enhance our current facilities to meet the demands of our innovation curriculum.”
DataBid.com reports that the project architects are Ennead Architects (New York City) and Maclennan Jaunkalns Miller Architects Ltd. (MJMA) from Toronto. Civil consultant is MGM Consulting Inc., the mechanical and electrical engineer is Crossey Engineering Ltd. and the structural engineers are Blackwell Structural Engineers.

James House mixed use
Architect Raw Design is designing this nine-storey mixed-use building with 128 dwelling units 650 sq. ft. of commercial space at grade. There will be two levels of underground parking with 64 parking spaces and 72 bicycle parking spaces.
The developer is Urban Capital Property Group from Toronto and the planner is FoTenn Consultants Inc. of Ottawa.

The project at 6102 Renaud Rd. is for 28 back to back townhouses and 16 stacked townhouse dwellings.
