Haulage Road Sewage Pumping Station Upgrade

Location: St. Catharines

Stage: Bids due July 23, 2019

Description: The project has an estimated value of $1.6 million. It includes process and structural upgrades, construction of a valve chamber and onsite forcemain, instrumentation upgrades, construction of a weather protection shelter, and other site works and restoration.d

Public Library Central Branch Washroom Renovations

Location: Burlington

Stage: Bids due July 17 2019

Description: TThe Burlington Public Library is seeking contractor to perform the following scope of work: Demolition of existing wall tile and floor tile and tile baseboard; demolition of a small section of drywall; and installation of new drywall wall and floor tiles. Also installation of fitting such as grab bars diaper decks sharps containers paper towel dispensers and soap dispenser.

Eastern Ontario

Bank Street Apartments

Location: Ottawa

Stage: Design planning

Description: KWC Architects is designing a six storey, 41 unit apartment building with 7,500 sq. ft. of ground floor retail space, with a possible construction start in 2022. Site is located between Between Aylmer and Euclid Avenues.

Brookfield Road Student Housing

Location: Ottawa

Stage: Design Planning

Description: Hobin Architects is designing the project, which includes eight buildings ranging from three to nine stories with ground floor commercial, 826 residential units, with underground garage and surface parking.
