A ground-breaking was held recently at T3 Sterling Road, a 423,452-sq. ft. heavy timber creative office development spanning three buildings in Toronto’s Lower Junction neighborhood. The project will combine timber, transit and technology to create an inspired workplace tailored for the modern creative workforce.

Designed by DLR Group, T3’s interiors will feature open floorplans, airy 11′ 9″ ceilings, and floor-to-ceiling warehouse-style windows to bring natural light deep inside the building. The heavy timber design will deliver warm interiors, industrial character and next-generation sustainability.
