Ottawa-headquartered Minto Group is building a new condo project at Portland and Adelaide in Toronto’s Fashion District.
Construction started this month on the project called 123 Portland Street, according to UrbanToronto.
The 14-storey is designed by Sweeny &Co Architects.
The building will feature 117 condo units. Residents will enjoy kitchens with integrated Miele appliances, stone countertops, and tile backsplashes. Main living spaces feature hardwood flooring and French doors, while select master bedrooms feature French doors.
