Construction is underway on a new condo and townhouse development in Mississauga.

The Mississauga Square project is being built at 8 Nahani Way. The building will feature 33 storeys and 404 units and is set to complete in 2020, according to Urban Toronto.

Developed by Plaza, the building will offer a range of amenities and underground parking spaces. The building is designed by Fleischer Architects.

TMG Builders is the lead contractor.

Urban Toronto reports that construction started on the 33-storey structure in mid-2018 with the arrival of drilling rigs for the site’s shoring system. “After crews dug down three storeys, a tower crane was installed in late 2018, and work on forming the underground levels started. A second tower crane was installed shortly thereafter, and by the end of this past August, the underground garage was fully formed as work was getting going on the ground floor.”
