    SEALED BIDS, on forms supplied by the Contract Administrator, will be received at the Facilities Building of the Avon Maitland District School Board until:

    2:00:00 p.m., local time Tuesday, May 21, 2019

    The Work is the supply of all labour, equipment and materials necessary to resurface the asphalt parking lots at St. Marys DCVI School, including:

    • Removing and disposing of existing asphalt and granulars.
    • The supply and installation of approximately 380 m of 150 go 200 mm diameter storm sewer with lawn drains, catchbaisins and maintenance structures.
    • Resurfacing work of approximately 3,3250 m2, which includes the installation sub-drains, Granular 'B' and 'A', HL4 asphalt and concrete pads.
    • Restoration fo the site upon completion of the work.

    A non-mandatory site meeting will be held Friday, May 10, 2019 at 10:00:00 a.m. starting at the east entrance next to Rogers Avenue. A digital copy of the Bid Documents may be obtained, free of charge from the Contract Administrator by contacting Lori Speiran (Lori.speiran@rjburside.com).Alternatively, a hard copy will be available by request only, for a non-refundable fee of $80.00 (including HST), payable via cash or cheque to R.J. Burnside and Associates Limited.

    In addition to other provisions in the Bid Documents, the lowest or any Bid will not necessarily be accepted.
