    JLR Developments (the owner) is soliciting the submission of proposals from construction companies interested in providing Construction Management services for the JLR Ottawa Redevelopment Project at 864 Lady Ellen Place, Ottawa. This project involves the construction of a new five storey office building and the demolition of the existing building.
    Design services for the project are being provided by J. L. Richards & Associates Limited (consultant). The project procurement method is a Quality Based Selection (QBS) process, the first phase of which is this RFP.
