COOKSVILLE CREEK EROSION CONTROL –
SOUTH OF QEW TO ELAINE TRAIL

The Contract involves the construction of creek bank erosion control measures and stabilization along one section of Cooksville Creek, beginning at Queen Elizabeth Way East crossing and extending approximately 620m downstream.

Each tender must be accompanied by a Digital Bid Bond in the amount of $20,000.00. An e-bond must be submitted with each Bid. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish the City with a Performance and Maintenance Bond totalling 50% and a Labour and Material Payment Bond totalling 50% of the contract amount.
The tender will be reviewed as to the lowest price, qualifications, capabilities and experience of the bidder and the availability of funds by the Municipality to complete the work. The City reserves the right to accept or reject all or any bids and to waive informalities in accordance with established policy.
