REQUEST FOR TENDER
Interior Remodelling of Moss Park CTS,
134 Sherbourne St, Toronto, ON
Moss Park CTS is planning an interior renovation, approximately 1824 SF, to convert its ground floor general area into separate room partitions, along with renovations to the existing washroom layouts.
Work includes (but not limited to), demolition, removals, new partition walls, interior doors, finishes, new plumbing and drainage, HVAC system alterations, electrical services and lighting. The Centre will remain partially open in each of the phases of construction and will be operating throughout the course of the renovation.
PRE-TENDER SITE VISIT:
Tuesday October 13th, 2020 at 9:30am
A mandatory pre-tender meeting and site visit for prospective contractors has been scheduled to start at 9:30am, Tuesday, October 13th, 2020 to meet at the front door of the site. Contractors must register their intent to attend (with their company name and the representative attending) by contacting admin@fuassociates.com with the subject: “Moss Park CTS 134 Sherbourne Attendance” before 2:01pm, Monday, October 12th, 2020, to register and confirm their time slot for site visitation. Tender documents will be obtained on-site during the pre-tender meeting.
In consideration of Covid-19 protocols, contractors are to arrive only at their time slot for the site visit, send a maximum of one (1) representative, wear a face mask, and are to sign-in with the Consultant once arriving on site. Access to the roof will be by stairs and physical distancing shall be practiced by all attendees.
