    EllisDon is the Construction Manager for the Toronto Waterfront Revitalization Corporation (TWRC) Port Lands Flood Protection Project (PLFP). EllisDon invites eligible companies, firms or joint ventures to submit qualifications for Fire Hall Heritage Building Foundations:

    The PLFP project requires a Contractor to undertake the construction of a building foundation approximately 20m south of a currently existing Fire Hall to be relocated. This work involves construction of the foundation in stages to facilitate the relocation of the building and working in conjunction with the proponent performing the relocation. The work also includes but is not limited to the installation of a vapour management layer, waterproofing, slab on grade, and other minor concrete elements.

    Where the anticipated contract value is greater than $250,000, the Proponent will be required to have the ability to bond with an established surety company.
