PERMANENT REPAIRS TO UTILITY ROAD CUTS

The scope of work under this Contract involves the permanent restorations of utility road cuts and maintenance repairs of roads, sidewalks (including trails and pathways), curbs, driveways and boulevards and disposal of materials in the City of Mississauga including major roads, local roads, and intersections during the 2020 season.
Tender forms will be available on line on or about Monday, February 24, 2020 at https://mississauga.bidsandtenders.ca/
Each tender must be accompanied by a certified cheque in the amount of $50,000.00. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish the City with 50% of the bid price for the Performance & Maintenance Bond and 50% of the bid price for the Labour & Material Payment Bond.
Responses must be time-stamped to be considered. LATE BIDS will be rejected without exception.
Vendors are invited to attend a public opening commencing at 2:30 p.m., LOCAL TIME, on the day of closing, at the Mississauga Civic Centre, 300 City Centre Drive.
The tender will be reviewed as to the lowest price, qualifications, capabilities and experience of the bidder and the availability of funds by the Municipality to complete the work. The City reserves the right to accept or reject all or any bids and to waive informalities in accordance with established policy. The City of Mississauga relies on this advertisement to provide public notice of this business opportunity and is not obligated to notify any bidders in any other manner.
