The City of Missisauga requires one or more Landfill Site(s) or Disposal Site(s) approved by the Ministry of Environment, Conservation and Parks (MOECP) that hold required Certificate of Approval (C of A) or other environmental compliance approvals to accept excess soil and provide ongoing service and support as needed by the City.

The tender will be reviewed as to the lowest price, qualifications, capabilities and experience of the bidder and the availability of funds by the Municipality to complete the work. The City reserves the right to accept or reject all or any bids and to waive informalities in accordance with established policy.
