2020 SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF NOISE ATTENUATION WALLS

This Contract is for the complete construction of concrete noise wall and fencing along the rear and/or side property line in various locations within the City of Mississauga. The work in this project shall generally include supply and installation of concrete noise wall, removal of existing noise wall/ fence of all kind, and all related restoration works. The new noise wall is to be situated on City property.

Each tender must be accompanied by a Digital Bid Bond in the amount of $75,000.00. An e-bond must be submitted with each Bid. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish the City with a Performance and Maintenance Bond totalling 50% and a Labour and Material Payment Bond totalling 50% of the contract amount.
The tender will be reviewed as to the lowest price, qualifications, capabilities and experience of the bidder and the availability of funds by the Municipality to complete the work. The City reserves the right to accept or reject all or any bids and to waive informalities in accordance with established policy.
