CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES

SIENNA is requesting interested Construction Managers respond with information to prequalify for a short list of Proponents to provide preconstruction and construction management services (CCDC 5B). A new Long-Term Care facility will be constructed in North Bay, Ontario on an owned green-field site. The building will have three-storeys and a part basement totaling approximately 10,000 m2.
The project is expected to tender (RFP) in March, 2021 and construction to be complete by the end of 2023. Request For Qualification documents are available through Biddingo or from MIKE BRCKO of Seniors DevCo Inc. at mike@seniorsdevco.com. Submissions must be made by 3:00 PM on 12 February, 2021
