Overview
The Niagara Falls Bridge Commission seeks qualified Engineering Consultant
Services for exterior building envelope (stair, roof, masonry, and window), interior building finish, foundation wall, and structural steel rehabilitation at the Rainbow and Whirlpool Rapids Bridge Plaza Buildings.
All Consultants must be pre-qualified to submit tenders directly to the
Commission; if your firm is not currently pre-qualified to complete work for the Commission and you wish to submit a tender for this project you must submit a completed prequalification form no later than March 1, 2021; visit NiagaraFallsBridges.com, look under Services/Construction/Consultant
Prequalification; follow instructions to submit a prequalification form. Once approved firms generally remain qualified to perform work for the
Commission for a period of 3 years from the date of approval.
Firms pre-qualified to perform work for the Commission will receive a
notification when the Request for Proposal for the project is issued.
