SEALED BIDS, on forms supplied by the Contract Administrator, will be received at The Town of South Bruce Peninsula, 315 George Street, Wiarton, ON N0H 2T0 until: 3:00:00 p.m., local time Monday, March 30, 2020
The Work consists of downtown streetscaping improvements, new sanitary sewer, storm sewer and watermain, on-road parking facilities, large oil-grit separator, dewatering, concrete sidewalks and curbs, street lighting, traffic signals, utility duct work, road base reconstruction, asphalt road and parking surfaces and geometric improvements for Berford Street in the Town of Wiarton from Elm Street to approximately 150 m north of Division Street (1.2 km).

Hard copies of the Bid Package can be obtained from the Contract Administrator at the address provided below, for a non-refundable fee of $400.00 ($358.98 plus $46.02 HST), payable via cash, cheque to R.J. Burnside & Associates Limited, or e-Transfer, etransfers@rjburnside.com (no password required, but please add 300050111.1000 to the e-transfer notification).
Award is subject to Town of South Bruce Peninsula approval and subject to budgetary constraints. The lowest or any bid will not necessarily be accepted.
