Bay Adelaide Centre – North Tower is the third tower of the Bay Adelaide Centre (BAC) complex in Toronto’s Financial District.

The final chapter in the story of this masterplan development block, the North Tower will realize the vision for connectivity and placemaking in the financial core that has been over 30 years in the making. At 32 storeys with a 9-storey podium, the tower stands 139 meters above ground and joins the East and West Towers on the downtown skyline.

It features direct access to the underground PATH network at concourse level, four levels of underground parking and connectivity to an abundance of local amenities.

During construction, the project team has been able to maintain the operations of the existing complex and public areas. The project, which is targeting LEED Platinum Core & Shell certification, includes a glazed curtain wall with metal panel envelope system, best-in-class operational and life-safety systems, including Enwave’s Deep Lake Water Cooling.
