Concrete Ontario recognizes Clive Thurston’s service

Former OGCA president Clive Thurston received Concrete Ontario’s Distinguished Service Award at the Ontario Concrete Awards on Wednesday.

It was a surprise.

Concrete Ontario president Bart Kanters told Thurston that the award is rarely given – it has only been presented five times in the award’s history.
