The roof area and grounds around the building are to be cleaned of all debris upon completion. Dr. Trefry Memorial Centre, 1601 C Line: • This project must be coordinated with the construction of an addition on the west side of the building. • The footprint of the building includes the hall portion, being roughly 30 feet x 4 0feet with the roofline running east/west, and the office portion measuring 30’ x 30’with the roof line running north/south • Removal and proper disposal of existing shingles. • Verify the stability and integrity of the plywood and replace or repair where necessary. • Supply and apply shingles. • Clean the entire site after completion
