Also includes contract administration while construction is being completed to ensure the tender document is being followed. This includes, but is not limited to: responsibility for all utilities and services locates, ensuring that dates and deadlines for the completion of work are adhered to, and ensuring that all work adheres to the budget set by the Town through the tender document.
