The inspection work shall include all associated costs and the preparation of all digital video, digital imagery and inspection data, including the digital archiving of such information to a CD-R or DVD-R disc, and include a printed bound hardcopy inspection report with a spreadsheet indicating the priority of if any recommended repairs (High, medium and low priority). The work shall be scheduled with the Village of Burk’s Falls Public Works Foreman to commence after the tender is awarded and completed by Friday December 13, 2024. All costs that are over and above the submitted tender must be approved by The Village of Burk’s Falls before the work is performed.
