Aecon launches new program in Quebec to kick-start careers in the trades

Aecon has launched a recruitment campaign to expand its utilities team in Quebec. Aecon’s Techs in Trades program is open to candidates with any employment background, and offers three weeks of paid training, competitive salaries and benefits, and a unique opportunity to launch a career in the trades.

Applications are being accepted for field technician roles to work on Aecon’s growing portfolio of telecommunications projects in the Greater Montreal Area. Successful candidates will receive comprehensive training for in-demand skills before being deployed in the field and will benefit from ongoing career development opportunities and mentorship as part of the Aecon team.
