Former Ontario General Contractors’ Association (OGCA) president Clive Thurston says he is partnering with Ron Fernandez to provide claims consulting and other services for the construction industry.
Thurston, who retired from the OGCA in 2020, says his three year post-retirement consulting contract with the provincial association concludes at the end of June.
He said he has worked extensively with Fernandez during his OGCA tenure.
In a statement, Thurston said Fernandez Construction Claims Experts combined with Thurston Consulting Services Inc. “will be providing training courses for all stakeholders regarding procurement of design and construction services, contract disputes, ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution), claims preparation and management.”
“All claims training courses are accredited by the Canadian Construction Association for GSC credits,” Thurston says.
