CNW introduces new construction news release publishing service

Ontario Construction News staff writer

Contractors, architects, building supplies manufacturers, and others associated with the building and construction industry have a new resource available to disseminate their news and announcements.

Construction News Wire (CNW) and its associated website, constructionnews.page provide the first AEC industry-specific news release distribution service,” says project co-ordinator Chase, who is overseeing the initiative for the Construction News and Report Group of Companies.

CNW will publish and distribute news releases and associated photos both to Canadian and US markets for a simple flat-rate fee, regardless of the announcement’s size, Chase said. In addition to national dissemination in the US through The Design and Construction Report (dcnreport.com) and in Canada through the Canadian Design and Construction Report (cadcr.com), the announcements will also be posted on relevant regional market sites in both countries.

This includes Ontario Construction News. In the US, regional sites serve Florida, Chicago (Illinois and southern Indiana), North/South Carolina, California and New York. As well as the websites, announcements are also posted on relevant social media Twitter and Facebook feeds.

“Our services simplifies the process of communicating your news and achievements to the industry,” Chase said, and the fee is reasonable — $199.00 US or $249.00 Canadian.

“Construction News Wire also will provide a news release writing service for an additional $199 US or $249.00 Canadian,” Chase said. “With this optional service, a professional writer will research the topic and write a news story to Associated/Canadian Press standards, making it much more likely to be republished and read by tens of thousands of readers.”
