This project is intended to deliver a functional, accessible, and welcoming facility that reflects the University’s commitment to supporting community programs and services through high-quality construction and thoughtful design. The University seeks proponents with a proven track record in managing multi-phase construction projects, including coordination with stakeholders such as the University’s Facilities Services, the YMCA, and relevant city authorities to ensure the project is completed within the specified timeline and budget.
