Detail Of Services: The successful bidder shall provide all the necessary documentation, engineering, permits, materials, equipment, and labour to install twelve (12), 3.65m tall black metal poles with 25w, standalone, solar powered, LED path lights. Poles and fixtures shall be installed on 3m helical piles. Lighting fixtures to be installed along pathways within Farr Park in Haileybury as per Appendix 01. Light fixtures shall be Light Efficient Design’s off-grid, 25watt LED pathway lights, part# SL-CPT25L-40K-BK-G1 or equivalent. If an equivalent alternative is being proposed it must be indicated on the RFQ submission and the manufacturer’s spec sheet must be included.Poles shall be round with a minimum outside diameter of 75.0mm, a minimum thickness of 3.0mm, a minimum of 3.65m in height and powder coated black. The manufacturer’s spec sheet shall be attached to the RFQ submission.Helical piles shall be 3m in length, P238 piles or equivalent. The manufacturer’s spec sheet shall be attached to the RFQ submission. Exact placement of the lights will be coordinated with the successful bidder and the City of Temiskaming Shores with all locations to be next to existing asphalt pathways within Farr Park.Manufacturers spec sheets for the bidders’ proposed light fixture, pole and helical pile shall be attached to their submission.
