The Work includes, but is not limited, to the following items: All required pre contract and pre construction submittals Coordination, supply and delivery, storage and security of all equipment and material required to complete the Work to Sioux Lookout, Ontario. The scope of the Project is as documented on the Schedule of Unit Prices in Section 00 41 00 – Tender Form and as presented on the Drawings. Summarized as follows, but not limited to: Provision, maintenance and de-construction of Temporary Fencing (via Cash Allowance) during airside construction in accordance with Transport Canada approved Plan of Construction Operations (PCO) and as directed by the Airport Authority. Select demolition and termination of existing Chain-Link fencing (refer drawing C-102).Provide new Chain-Link fencing c/w Double wide Gate and tie-into existing. Provide new preserve wood foundation (PWF) parking fence. Select demolition of existing asphalt (~50mm) and disposal off-site. Location for disposal of removed granular, asphalt or general fill is approximately 1km from the site. Material to be stock-piled as directed on-site. Sub-excavate new parking lot area to a minimum 200mm existing base and dispose off-site. Location for disposal of removed granular, asphalt or general fill is approximately 1km from the site. Material to be stockpiled as directed on-site. Proof roll, grade and compact. Provide minimum 450mm Granular B Type II and compact to 98% SPMDD Provide minimum 150mm Granular A and compact to 98% SPMDD. Provide 80mm HL4 asphalt pavement; new parking lot and restoration of electrical trenches. Provide pavement markings. Provide new parking lot electrical upgrades include area lighting and plug-in receptacles and underground feeds. Coordination and management of Material Testing (by Allowance).Provision, and maintenance of as-built records for conversion to CAD (by Allowance).Other miscellaneous Works as shown on the Drawings and presented in the Schedule of Unit Prices. All required submittals and demonstrations for operation and maintenance of the Project. Attendance at all Project meetings including final inspection and one-year inspections. Timely submittals of all required Project paperwork including: schedule and revisions to schedule, payment requests, statutory declarations, inspection and testing results, permits. Timely co-ordination and attendance to do required maintenance and warranty work. Submission of all required Shop Drawings. The Contractor shall maintain a record of Shop Drawings submitted, including dates of submittals, returns, re-submittals. A complete set of approved Shop Drawings to be maintained at the Place of the Work. A clean set of Shop Drawings and as-built drawings to be submitted to the Engineer upon completion of the Work. Provide all Project operation and maintenance training as specified.
