The purpose of this assignment is to review the environmental, technical, and financial feasibility (through the development of conceptual design options) of constructing an integrated biosolids and source separated organics processing facility at a greenfield development site, currently targeting the property boundary of Knox Farm. The final deliverable will be an Environmental Study Report (ESR) that meets the requirements of a Schedule C Municipal Class EA in compliance with the Ontario Environmental Assessment Act and provides the necessary background to support project decision making and related environmental approvals. This assignment follows the recently completed Kingston Biosolids and Biogas Master Plan (2020).

Loyalist Wastewater Plant Modelling Capacity Evaluation & Process Expansion Services

Loyalist Rural & Urban Projects General Contractor Prequalification – Five Year Roster Term
