Detail Of Services: Exterior Door Replacement: Install new exterior doors and side panels at exits A and D. Doors to be Kawneer 360 Insulclad with Trifab VG 451T aluminum frames, tempered double pane glazing and side lights, thermally broken aluminum frame with heavy duty commercial grade hardware and equipped with continuous hinges, door sweeps and weather stripping, or approved equal. Door dimensions including cross rail and bottom rail, push-pulls, door closers, exit devices to match existing. Doors keyed to the school’s exterior door master. Provide spray foam insulation in the cavity between the existing wall and new doorjambs. Install continuous caulking all around the door jamb. Exterior and interior joint sealant to be respectively Dymonic and Tremflex 834 by Tremco Ltd or approved equal. Finish exterior and interior walls as required. Provide shop drawings for approval showing door details. Joint Sealant Replacement Completely remove and replace all exterior building caulking for Iroquois Falls Secondary School, 44 Anson Drive, Iroquois Falls Ontario. Provide sealants in the following locations: • Expansion and control joints in masonry and junctions between masonry and other materials • Between exterior doors or window frames and exterior finishes. • All joints as required to be caulked to ensure weather-tight seal to the exterior of the building.
