The development area is approximately 0.71 ha (1.75 acres.) The Agency is seeking a Consultant firm experienced in leading complex and large scale multi-residential developments. The Consultant shall assemble a competent team to provide comprehensive and multi-disciplinary services that will include, but are not be limited to, architectural, planning, public consultation, structural, mechanical, electrical, energy, civil, accessibility, landscape, building code, building science, contract administration, and all other necessary consulting services to deliver this project from schematic design to total completion of the project.
