UOIT is seeking proposals from general contractors to complete the building addition and interior renovation work to the ACE Building. The building addition is required to provide additional service bays and basement storage space for testing equipment. The minor interior renovation work on the 5th floor which will include but is not limited to adding offices creating lobby space and re-purposing a boardroom area are optional scope of work that will be carried out upon instruction of the owner.
