Marlin Spring says the real estate investment firm’s principals and partners recently topped off the $65 million Westbeach condo project Toronto’s The Beach neighbourhood.
The developers say Mondoconsult is the general contractor for the 6-storey, 88-suite structure. Key consultants include: Architect – Grazani + Corraza Architects Inc., mechanical and electrical engineers – MV Shore; structural engineer – Jablonsky; and interior designer – U31.
