Construction productivity app Crewscope has partnered with EllisDon to enhance the employee experience and productivity of frontline workers.

The new partnership will extend EllisDon’s technology ecosystem to Crewscope, enabling the company to provide its construction teams with best-in-class tools and solutions. The solution will increase employee engagement and productivity by aligning hourly incentives with project outcomes.

Hammad Chaudhry, EllisDon’s vice-president of innovation and construction technology, said in a statement: “Crewscope is well-positioned to complement our tech stack and address the pressing challenges of frontline productivity and retention. As we navigate a paradigm shift in the construction industry with a generational labor shortage, partnerships like these enable EllisDon’s Data & Digital Engineering team to build a unique tech ecosystem designed to support our project teams and clients while providing them with best-in-class tools and solutions.”

Calvin Benchimol, CEO, Crewscope, said: “Crewscope began its journey with EllisDon supporting its Western team, PME, in early 2022 by building high-performance teams and creating exceptional crew experiences. After completing the Capital Line Pilot Project and demonstrating 8% labor productivity gains, strong forecast accuracy, and elevated employee engagement, we were honored to form a strategic partnership to scale best practices with frontline workers across EllisDon projects.”
