EllisDon Corporation has announced a partnership with Palantir Technologies to enhance EllisDon’s operational AI capabilities and strengthen the company’s Insights and Analytics team.

Through this partnership, EllisDon will use Palantir’s advanced data analytics and AI platform to optimize operations, improve efficiency, and drive growth across its projects. The integration of AI tools is expected to position EllisDon for continued success within the highly competitive construction technology industry.

“We are thrilled to finally announce this agreement with Palantir Technologies. This partnership has helped us achieve significant progress in our long-term strategic goals and positioned the company for continued success,” said Brandon Milner, Chief Information Officer at EllisDon.

EllisDon’s digital & data engineering team spent over a decade modernizing its legacy data infrastructure, transforming the data environment into a modern, clean, and operationally optimized system. This overhaul, completed just in time for the viability of AI deployment, has been instrumental in supporting the company’s technological advancement.

Ezequiel Machabanski, vice-president of Insights and Analytics at EllisDon, highlighted the importance of the company’s data infrastructure.

“EllisDon’s Data Infrastructure is absolutely one of the best, if not the best, in the industry,” he said. “When I joined EllisDon in Spring of 2023, I was very impressed with how far along their Data Infrastructure had already come.”

In addition to the Palantir partnership, EllisDon has also engaged with Scale AI, Canada’s Global AI Clusters, to develop a predictive tool for the construction supply chain.

Launched in 2023, this project focuses on creating AI-driven software that will assist subcontractors and other stakeholders in optimizing cost management, resource allocation, and project scheduling. The tool is expected to enhance performance across the construction supply chain, boosting efficiency and strengthening EllisDon’s competitive edge in the market.
