EllisDon tops off real estate development project

Altree Developments and EllisDon Developments have celebrated the topping off at Thirty Six Zorra, a condominium development venture in Toronto.

Thirty Six Zorra is the first real estate development for EllisDon Developments, and the first high-rise development for Altree.

“The topping off of Thirty Six Zorra is an exciting milestone for Altree and EllisDon Developments,” said Zev Mandelbaum, president and CEO of Altree Development. “Together, we have elevated our strengths in construction and design to bring forward a project that offers top-of-the-line amenities and an unparalleled community experience to The Queensway.”

The construction of the 35-storey residential tower is in an area of Toronto’s westend known as the Queensway corridor.

The topping-off of Thirty Six Zorra is an important milestone, not only for EllisDon Developments but for the community of Etobicoke,” said Christopher Smith, vice-president of EllisDon Developments.

“The Queensway neighbourhood has been undergoing a revitalization, bringing new shops and establishments to fruition. So, it’s been our great pleasure to bring new housing online at such a defining point for this part of Toronto.”

Thirty Six Zorra includes over 9,500 sq. ft. of private amenities and a new public park. It also includes a coworking lounge, full demo kitchen and gym facility, along with an open-air deck on its 7th floor.
