EMHAS Relocation and ED Expansion: Guelph General Hospital

Guelph General Hospital (the “owner”)is seeking Formal Bids for the EMHAS Relocation and ED Expansion Project (the “project”). The bid documents can be found on Bonfire. This is an open Tender.

This bid is administered by the Owner. Any questions should be addressed to Lucy Wojcik at lw*****@****rg.ca.

The Project, located at 115 Delhi St, Guelph, ON, will consist of the construction and relocation of the new EMHAS (Emergency Mental Health and Addictions Services) on Level 1 of the Hospital and construction of a new Ambulance Garage and Walk-in Patient Zone on Level 3. In order to minimize the impact to the existing Emergency Department, a new, temporary drop off will be built along Delhi Street.

A mandatory formal briefing meeting and sie tour will be held on June 18th 2024.

Mark Buckshon founded the precursor business behind Ontario Construction News in 1989. Earlier, he worked as a journalist and sub-editor, including a stint on the Bulawayo Chronicle in 1979-80, during the transition from Rhodesia to Zimbabwe.  He has lived in Ottawa since 1981.
