Tenders must be clearly marked “Saugeen Hospice Incorporated Walkerton, Ontario” and received by J. P. Commercial Contractors Inc. until 2:00 p.m., Thursday, August 27, 2026.
Provide your bid for your scope of work on the provided tender form. Bidders are permitted to include a bid breakdown on their company letterhead to supplement their submission; however, submissions which don’t include the provided tender form completed properly will not be considered. Provide an email address for the person(s) preparing the quotation on the form provided.

Note: Bonding will be required for all trades having a contract value in excess of $500,000.00. Failure to submit a Mandatory item will result in an incomplete submission.
The Owner reserves the right to select the contractor that, in the owner’s assessment, best meets the requirements of the project, has provided all Mandatory and Non-Mandatory requirements. The lowest tender submission may not necessarily be accepted.
