Passenger demand at Toronto Pearson is expected to reach 65 million annually by the early 2030s, driving the need for significant infrastructure expansion and upgrades. Jacobs will provide program management, construction management, and technical advisory services for the program, including expanding terminal facilities to support mid-term growth.
