Madison Group building 45-story downtown Toronto condo

Madison Group will be building a 45-storey development at Church and Richmond Streets in downtown Toronto.

Urban Toronto reports that Turner Fleischer Architects will be the Architect of Record, working with Teeple Architects. The published report says the building will stand out due to it’s textured, randomized geometric pattern of gold-coloured window frames on its facade along with metallic finishes.

The development branded as ALIAS Condos will include 475 residential units, more than 18,000 sq. ft. of indoor and outdoor amenities, street-level retail and three underground parking levels.

DataBid is currently reporting on this project – Church & Richmond Mixed Use – Toronto (0035110117).
