Mississauga hosting public meetings for official plan

The City of Mississauga is hosting an online meeting and an in-person open house to present the new draft official plan which is also available for review on the website.

An online meeting will be held Feb. 27 from 6 to 8 p.m. and the open house will follow on Feb. 29 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Mississauga Civic Centre – The Great Hall. Also, a statutory public meeting will be held at a planning and development committee meeting this spring.

Visit the city’s website to register for the online meeting or in-person open house and receive meeting instructions and background materials.

The virtual meeting will be recorded and posted on the website following the session and the draft is available here: Your Say – Official Plan Review.

Also, the city is accepting feedback to of***********@*********ga.ca or share your comments directly with our team during the online meeting or open house.

The new official plan must be adopted by city council and approved by the Region of Peel.
