MOE policy advisor to explain impending new provincial excess soil regulations today

The National Capital Heavy Construction Association (NCHCA) is hosting a presentation this afternoon about new provincial excess soil regulations which come into force on Jan. 1, 2021.

Chris Lompart, senior policy adviser at the Ministry of the Environment, will make the online presentation from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. and will “also be available to answer questions” after the presentation, the NCHCA says.
