New mid-rise development planned for Scarborough

LCH Developments is seeking City of Toronto approval for an 11-story mid-rise residential development in Scarborough. DataBid reports that the developer has submitted an Official Plan Amendment, a Zoning Bylaw Amendment and a Site Plan Application for the 343-unit structure in Scarborough Village.

Urban Toronto reports that the building will be constructed on three parcels of land at 3291 Kinston Rd., 2 Windy Ridge Dr. and 4 Windy Ridge Dr., totalling 0.597 hectares.

Terrace space will be on the 4th floor and there will be 284 underground parking spots for cars and 223 for bicycles.
