Ontario Construction News has launched a notification service for industry stakeholders awaiting the introduction of a new mandatory form under the revised Ontario Construction Act.
The upcoming form, which will be used to report on annual holdback responsibilities, is a key component of the updated legislation. While the provincial government has not yet released the form and it is not expected to be required until 2027, the new service allows construction industry participants to register for an immediate update as soon as it becomes available.
