Capital Contracting Group (CGC) in Niagara Falls has completed a 10,000 sq. ft. warehouse and showroom for Simply Beautiful Events Decor Inc.
The building in the heart of Niagara-on-the-Lake will serve the full-service lifestyle event rental and decor company.
“To support their glowing clientele and expansion of rental inventory, Simply Beautiful has invested in a spacious corporate office and warehouse,” said CCG’s Mitch Williams.
The structure “features a spectacular front entrance, adorned with 13-ft. double doors and flanked in floor-to-ceiling glass,” Williams said. “The showroom features two grand meeting areas, an administrative office space and a community zoned warehouse.”
Williams said work on the project began in November, 2019 and was temporarily halted in March during Ontario’s emergency order. “The building’s completion in July 2020 is serendipitously timed with Ontario’s move to Stage 3 of the re-opening, and marks the beginning of a new chapter for Simply Beautiful Events,” he said.
