Toronto issues nearly $664 million in January building permits

Toronto issued building permits for projects valued at $663,973,428 in January.

The largest permits were for two apartment buildings near Lash Group of Companies’ ME Living condo development at Markham and Ellesmere in Scarborough. One $90 million tower will have 294 units, and the second, with a permit for $60 million, will https://medfitnetwork.org/public/valium-diazepam-oral/ contain 144 apartments.

Other significant projects in January include:

$80 million – 941 Progress Ave., a project at Centennial College

$50 million – 248 High Park Ave.

Medallian Capital Corp. Is redeveloping The High Park Alhambra Church with a 69-unit condo development.
